The Marblehead Counseling Center  Founded in 1969 the Marblehead Counseling Center  is a non-profit human service agency dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, teenagers, adults and families. The counseling center provides the community with a wide range of services from counseling children, teens and adults to community education and mediation. It serves as both a forum for discussing social and mental health issues as well as a provider of direct services to those in need.

Community of Friends A volunteer based charitable organization dedicated to providing practical necessities, outreach services and enriching experiences to those in need.  With the help of community donations, The Community of Friends sponsors an annual holiday stocking drive and backpack drive aimed to provide children in need with the special necessities they may otherwise not have.

Making Ends Meet A volunteer based organization that gives financial assistance to Marbleheaders and relies solely on donations from individuals, organizations and local businesses. They have distributed holiday presents to over 50 Marblehead families through the Adopt-a-Family program, supplied gift certificates to local grocery stores to help make a memorable Thanksgiving and granted nearly $30,000 to Marblehead residents in need.   

Marblehead Food Pantry A local organization that provides food for those who are in need. Over 100 local families anually have benefited from the financial and grocery donations of very generous families.

Someone Else's Child Foundation Established to help children in need by creating events and programs where children actively participate in helping other children. Through participatory events and other programs, Someone Else's Child reaches out to disadvantaged children by sponsoring events that encourage children to help children.

SHE Network An acronym for Share-Help-Empower, the SHE Network is a network for women founded to offer help to struggling women in the community. The intention of the group is to target an individual’s specific needs. The network provides resources to women in need from financial, medical, legal, housing to emotional support.
