Water Access

Water Access Map

Outside of our Beaches, Marblehead also has boat ramps a swimming pier, Town boatyard and many public wharves that provide direct access to the water from several floats located around the harbor.

These unique places allow you to launch your boat or fish off a pier. There is public boat tie-up and plenty of benches to watch the world go by.

Getting a mooring in Marblehead Harbor is harder than getting a seat at the Driftwood on Saturday morning. A wait of over 10 years awaits anyone looking for a mooring in the harbor. It is never too early to sign up at the Harbormaster's office on Ferry Lane (Tucker's Wharf on the map)
